Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident before you buy. Because Cosmic Blueprint is a digital product delivered instantly, some standard refund conditions apply.
7-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided that:
- —The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase
- —You have not accessed more than 3 sections of your report
- —No more than one refund has been processed for your account
What Qualifies for a Refund
Technical issues
If your report fails to generate or is unreadable due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement delivery — your choice.
Product not as described
If the product you received materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.
Accidental duplicate purchase
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
What Cannot Be Refunded
Change of mind
Because digital products are delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds solely on the basis that you changed your mind after accessing the content. We encourage you to preview the free opening transmission before purchasing.
Subscription cancellations
Monthly and annual memberships can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.
Expert-reviewed Edition and consultations
Human-delivered services (expert-reviewed editions, 1:1 consultations) are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled or the review has begun.
How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Unresolved issues can be discussed — we are committed to making things right. Chargebacks without a prior refund request may affect your ability to use our services in the future.
Digital Goods and EU/UK Rights
Under EU and UK consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days, provided the content has not been fully delivered and accessed. Because our product delivers an instant, personalized reading, purchasing constitutes acceptance that the product has been fully performed. If you have not yet accessed the content, contact us within 14 days and we will process your withdrawal.
